HOW TO DETECT A FAKE USB DRIVE AND KNOW THE EXACT CAPACITY

One of the most used and inevitable peripherals that are used in file storage in the globe today are memory cards and usb flash drives. They aid us in conveying our information and most times our secrets to wherever our feet could reach as they are of pocket sizes and could also be hung around the neck.
The size of information to be inserted, processed and durability most time creates the basis on which we purchase them. Early last year, my friend and i visited the computer village to acquire a memory card for our new android devices and due to my love for music and the need of getting an average sized memory card that would not utter the operation of my device, i went for 8GB memory.  Few weeks later, after moving files of about 2GB into it, the card went bad and became invisible and none of the files could be retrieved.
30 to 40 percent of memory card and usb drives purchased are been manipulated by fraudsters with the present technology. Today, usb drives and memory card of 1GB, 2GB,4GB are been increased to 8GB, 32GB and even as high as 128GB and then put on sale at a low price. Beware!! Do not fall victim.
I have been a victim so many times, until i came across a specific application that could detect the exact amount of disk space a usb drive entails and also check for errors. I make use of this app in confirming my the disk space of every usb drive that is purchased from me.
