BBM APP FOR IOS AND ANDROID HAS BEEN PAUSED

With millions of ios and android users around the globe awaiting the release of BBM application for both ios and android devices only a few could boast of having it on their phones.

The application which runs on ios 6 and above and also android os 4.0 and above allows individuals to share files, broadcast messages, invite contacts for group chats and enjoy real and immediate conversations with friends who are on blackberry, androids and iphones with a unique pin assigned to each user had been officially released on the 21st of September, 2013 has been removed from the Google play store and Apple store store due to the fact that too many users were already registered and making use of the BBM application as at the first few hours after it was officially announced.
According to blackberry: Our team continue to work around the clock to bring BBM to android and iphone but only when it’s ready and we know it will live up to your expectations of BBM. We are pausing the global roll-out of BBM for android and iphone.

Customers who have already downloaded BBM for iphone will be able to continue to use BBM. The un-realesed Android app will be disabled and customers who downloaded it should visit www.bbm.com to register for updates on official bbm for android availability.
NB- For  those whose countries do not have the app in their Apple store and tried the trick of creating a new apple id with New Zealand as the location yet unable to find and download the bbm app, kindly relax and stay subscribed to www.bbm.com or follow up on their twitter handle @BBM for latest updates on BBM on android and ios.
