known for its apps and tweaks on jailbreaked IOS devices is now available also
for android devices. Cydia Substrate has been confirmed running on various
devices that runs on version 2.3 – 4.2, x86 chips and ARM-based processors
after it been test runned on android.

Cydia substrate which includes winterboard would aid android users in customizing and tweaking the appearance of
their devices. Although, android is more open than IOS with its granting access
to installations of third-party apps
that could be used to tweak the androids default settings, the arrival of cydia

The app is in its alpha version and therefore would posses
bugs and can be installed on a rooted device. With this innovation, the cydia
app store is expected on android soon.
NB- Cydia substrate is not the cydia app store but a
component of the cydia appstore. It is an equivalent of mobile substrate which
is responsible for the installation of jail broken apps.
