Are you wondering who goes by the name Yuri Gagarin
or you doing some brain-storming to recollect?
Guess you missed history classes or were busy playing super Mario or
bricks during history class.
Soviet Cosmonaut Yuri Gagarin was the first human to
be in space but died a mysterious death according to his fellow cosmonauts on
march, 1968.
The earlier
story line disclosed that in an attempt to avoid an unknown object (like geese
or a hot air balloon) by creating a maneuver that led to a tailspin and which
led to a collision with the ground brought about the death of Cosmonaut Yuri
Gagarin and instructor Vladimir seryogin.
The death of Yuri which was also responsible for the
retirement of cosmonaut Valentina Tereshkova- the first woman to visit space, as it brought fears to the Russian government, been scared of losing another high profiled
personality of same field as Yuri.
The 40 years held secret behind the death Yuri
Gagarin was unveiled by a fellow cosmonaut, Aleksey Lenov (the first man to
perform a space-walk) after been denied the approval to disclose accurate
details of the sad event that occurred in the year 1968.

Lenov, a member of the state commission established to run investigations on
the incident that claimed the life of two Russian scientists stated in his
disclosed details that a human factor with names withheld was behind the
accident although the incident was un-intentional.
An SU-15
fighter jet scheduled for test at an altitude of 10,000m and above flew at 500m
instead and close to cosmonaut Yuri’s jet, thereby, re-positioned the plane and
then sent it into a tailspin at a 750km/hr speed rate which led to the crashing
of Yuri’s aircraft.
